A graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven, Valériane Lazard established her Paris studio in 2017 and has been working with Polène since the opening of its boutique on Rue de Richelieu. She has accompanied the brand through its international expansion, starting with New York.

Craftsmanship is celebrated through exclusive collaborations with artists and artisans, like the Destroyers/Builders studio, which built the lacquered wood furniture for Paris, and Jorge Penadés, who designed a table out of compressed leather scraps from Polène collections.
